This offer was available as a mail from citibank in the online portal. The details have been specified similar to what Shiva has given. The maximum cashback limit was INR 1000 which would be payable in January bill generation.

Where is this offer mentioned on citibank website…
Can you provide the link?,
I have been told by citi phone executive that there is 10% cashback after first transaction of 20000 for which 5% cashback is available…
I doubt such an offer can exist!!
